Our Career Connections team held a "Strategic Hiring Event" last week. This was a pilot program to see if we can intentionally match students ready for the workforce with businesses who are ready to hire at an entry level position.
Thank you to the HR leaders at nine (9) Miami County businesses who spent the time to engage these students in over 50 interviews. Fingers are crossed for a few successful hires!
